Regulations:



  • We process inquiries for the reservation of hotel rooms only for a minimum stay of 4 days.
  • A reservation is an agreement which must be honored by both sides, the hotelier and the guest.
  • The guest is obligated to complete the booking and will be charged the complete amount, even though the guest leaves before the established time.
  • We request a deposit for the reservation, which will not be refunded in the case of cancelation.
  • The remaining amount is to be paid on arrival.
  • The guest is required to cover any comission costs that may occur through the bank transfer.
  • The reservation is personal and not transferable.
  • More information about the deposit will be sent to you by email after submitting the reservation form.
  • Because of the high telefone fees in Mexico, we do not reply to inquiries by phone or fax to foreign countries.
  • People who are already travelling in Mexico are requested to contact us by phone.
